Mike Tunnicliffe was absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a place for my elderly parents who live in California so he didn't have to just deal with me but also my parents remotely. He was patient, capable, and made the entire process easy and painless...which is saying a lot since my parents are in their 80s and are moving during a pandemic. Also, I should add that because my father has Alzheimers, my mother and I had to do all the financing and paperwork and even though neither of us had done anything like that before, we did it with confidence and ease because of Mike. He will hold your hand if you want him to but he will also let you lead the way. I highly recommend him.
